Our Origins

Andrew Whitney started Whitney Supply Co. as a small company offering leather goods to discerning customers. He grew up on a farm in Argentina where his father bred polo ponies. At an early age, he began to help training polo ponies and later on started playing at the Hurlingham Club in Buenos Aires. His passion for leather goods stems from these beginnings and family associations with leather companies producing high-quality handmade saddles, bridles, and riding boots in addition to bags, gloves, and belts.

Whitney Supply Co. is a means by which he can share his enthusiasm for these exceptionally high-quality products with customers who expect nothing but the best in design and quality. His international travel has exposed him to a world of luxury leather goods.
